2. well SARA stands for Southeast Asian RSS Aggregator. Basically, it aggregates blog feeds from Southeast Asian bloggers and display them in 1 page, so you don't have to manually go and ping and you don't have to fear that your ping will disappear on the same day 'cos it's all timestamped and you can access blog feeds up to a week long.
