I always love feedback, and since I received quite some feedback from a few bloggers today, I've made the following modifications:

1. Yay!!! Less waiting! - Update rate changed from hourly to every 10 minutes.
2. Less clicking…and more boxes! - Well, you no longer have to click on the title of the post to see the excerpt, just mouse over the title, and a box with the post's excerpts will pop-up automagically!!! (*see below)

3. Improved links - it used to be that you'll need to click on the blog name to go read the post, now you can click both the blog name and the title!
4. My other car's a Millenium Falcon - It seems SARA loads pretty slow in Malaysia for some reason, it seems pretty fast over here where I am, but anyway, some slow-loading elements removed, some code snipped off and streamlined, so it should be a bit faster now…maybe not lightspeed fast yet. =)

Any other suggestions?

Well, I've noticed some blogs which used to be interesting has now turned into a pay-per-post churning machines!!! I have no objections with making money as long as they are kinda passive i.e. doesn't mislead some readers to think it's an interesting post but turns out to be something sponsored…but now it's getting real annoying.

So enough is enough and I really hate to do this but I guess you need to be a a**hole once in a while. From today onwards with immediate effect, any blogs with an overwhelming amount of PPP articles will be removed from SARA's database.

Well, you can do this just by trackback-ing to mamakk!!!

The easiest way is to just link to the relevant mamakk article if you're using wordpress, or put our trackback URI in the "TrackBack a URI:" box when you're publishing your post.

And this is how you find the trackback link to the article. From the frontpage:

Apologies to all who weren't able to access SARA for the latest blog entries by Southeast Asian bloggers and also those who weren't able to make even more damage. Just to reaffirm SARA's status - it has no connections with Zionists, Hezbollah, Americans or whatever besides some jokes written by its owner on his own personal blog.

Anyway, cheer up, I know the war is bad and has angered many but this points out the need for tolerance among all and a need to look beyond religion & race. So, here's a joke for my poor friend out there who needs to hack my site to express him/herself:
